I would say they look rather like pullets, pictures kinda blurry so really hard to make out feather details.
I don't see pointed hackle or saddle feathers, from what you have sent
I don't see and beginning sickle feathers.

If this one here (in the circle) is pointy tipped feathers it might be a roo though

Is the base of her tail trimmed to fit through the diaper hole - or is the fur compressed from the diaper?
Or is it like she molted out some baby hair and it's now "teenage/adult hair"?

Well that's the thing. It's technically her dog. Daisy was supposed to be mine since she sold my dog in 2020.
So my dad had bought her for me but my dad ended up not liking her, and my mom was afraid that he would get rid of her so she bought Daisy off of him when they split and now it's "her dog"

Yeah Daisy is the only dog I've ever had inside the house and it's cause she's hypoallergenic

Back when I had my German shepherd more recently she wasn't allowed in the house at my dad's. And my mom didn't like her because she claimed she chewed up stuff. Which sometimes she did but the dog that she bought for my stepdad is just as bad about it and she gets to be in the house all the time and she's not trained well. My dog would at least listen to me.

the first one we had, Gunnar (solid black) was amazing. He let my 6yo self do ANYTHING to him. Like he was my childhood heart dog
But he growled at my baby sister, once, and my mom was like "nah, return to sender. Find him a new home." (which like, understandable from a parents perspective. I was livid tho.)
then my dad got Murphy from my Grandpas sister's pairs litter... and he was a neurotic mess that only listened to dad but he provided none training, so was aggro to other dogs and would legit run away from home
