You can either put in a ton of spawn mops so babies can hide

Or put parents together and after you notice breeding then separate them and let the babies hatch and grow

Do a large water change ~50% and then feed about 25% more then you normally would for about a week

Wait to do this till the water temp is around 74

And like skunkman said add a few corse breading mops

Green algae can also help them feel comfortable breeding as it provides food and some cover

(Not hair algae)

A heavy outdoor fish flake is you best bet for food
