taking a feral, grown, parrot from the wild and keeping it is often a failure. Some will adapt - but the wild ones are not meant for captivity.
The "domesticated" versions, that have been bred for several decades now, and have had human interaction from hatch are your best bet.

Had that one made it to a rescue and they rehabbed it - it may have come around
But injured, stressed, probably hungry among other things

Space is a couple of things..

• Space for a cage if smaller, but also space for stands or sleep cage and day cage if larger
• good re: money because my bird had a small fungal infection from a seed hull that got stuck in the top of her beak, and the vet visit and 2 tiny vials of liquid meds were 500$ and then another 150$ "check up" after the med cycle to make sure that she was okay that was like 5 minutes of active looking.
