Also the bird has his own free space, he can fly when ever he wants, but when they are together, there is always someone watching over them, and if you wonder what kind of bird species, it’s a Collared parakeet

They also had partially covered cages - so he couldn't reach through the top to harass them - and the stands were on high enough legs that he couldn't grab through the bottom tier of the cage
