Oh sorry, yes both are Ridgebacks. The one is purebred. We got him from a friend, his blood line comes from Rhodesia and France! Basti is a cross with a Ridgeback, as far as I know it's a recognised breed here in Namibia known as a.. Damaraland? I think.. i need to double check. They're used by the local tribes. The brindle colour with the white socks is adorable, but they can be black, brindle, brown like a pure ridgeback and even white. Also they don't always have ridges.

Got an african wildcat kitten today. This is the species we domesticated house cats from 10-12 thousand years ago in Egypt and the fertile crescent

Got him at an exotic sale and he was originally bred in Minnesota

So far all the ones showing anything have died within 2 weeks

I think it's from my rescue boa.

This is the 5th one to show symptoms.

I put in her in a smaller tote when she started acting strange. It's just gotten worse

Sadly. Most of them more than likely have it. It's only a matter of time. I don't know how it works but it more than likely acts dormant for a while like a flu or cold for humans and then gets them symptomatic. I would put all of them into separate totes to quarantine them and to just watch them and see if any more become symptomatic. The other part could be that a couple of them could be carriers.
