You want 2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9 (in bold) to be gone this causes an unusual gap with smaller stag and the game tries to push to spawn bigger stags usually resulting In 9.

yeah I just noticed I missed out 5 xD

But eventually after a few hundred perhaps even a thousand your grinding lakes will hit a stale point where everything Is 4 and below after this just focus on two animals and shoot them and see what they re-spawn as.

At that point your "Runs" will likely be a few minutes long.

I knew I was trying to get a lot of smol bois on my map so that theoretically the game will compensate and try to spawn higher levels more, I just wasn’t sure what to do with 5s

i think the game was always intended to be claimed kills. If i remember correctly there was an issue where you didn't have to claim - they fixed it and you did have to for all spawns - and then at some point it reverted back to not needing to claim. They were likely trying to fix it again (if claiming is a need again).

im not sure, but ive noticed 2 things. first - machiniac suggested that because of what happens with mr black its likely that the GO spawns in place of a diamond - i dont know if this is actually the case but it makes sense. If your map wants to drop a diamond it may roll rng if it becomes a GO. 2nd is it seems a lot of GO bears have spawned after 5-7 diamonds. so its possible that using herd management increases the speed of a GO because youre pushing diamonds to the map faster. no idea how true this is though.
