have a constant population of small males on your map (4 and under, sometimes 3 and under) and dont shoot them. that causes the game to force spawn large males

find your 5 or so best lakes and set them up, take your worst lakes and shoot every stag on them until they spawn into lvl 2’s and 3’s, run your main zones and shoot them every 3 or so runs and keep doing this until your bad lakes have tiny stags

And if you want to go tryhard you can shoot certain levels every run like 7+ one run and only 4-6 the next run and repeat
