Hi Mel, in my humble opinion, just shoot only males for an extended period and see how that goes. In a short run, you might obviously see less rares. But by shooting everything, there is huge opportunity cost in your time. For example, the time it takes for you to shoot and claim 3 females bears could be used towards shooting a single male for a respawn to work towards the GO 🙂 good luck on your grind today. Surely it's coming soon

Been exploring Mississippi for the last 2hrs and hardly killed a thing.

I only do mule lake and two fawns, 85% of the time. My one run is only about 10 mins on both these lakes, then I quit to main menu and force the game to give me respawns 😄

I'm in a position now where I only have one female on mule lake and half my bears on two fawns are males too. I'm pretty positive my most of my largest bears are at both these lakes only now. I leave small level males on other lakes untouched
