well there is a specific way that the game spawns animals

it either goes higher or lower but depending what level the animal is, it has a higher chance of going higher

because the game has to balance itself out

like you cant have a map of all level 9s or level 2s

level 2 spawns are just as rare as a lv9 spawn

level 3 spawns would be about the same as a level 8

a guy thats in here did a thorough spawn study and it all adds up
