You can’t shoot more then 3 animals in a zone no matter the species. It’s based on hunting pressure and too much of it destroys zones

tiers are hunting pressure, on ground shooting an animal is teir 1 pressure, shooting a second is 2 and so on

if you shoot on a tripod it takes 3 animals to make tier 1 pressure
