Im not on pc rn but on the big lakea i have 6 to 8 zones and in the small ones i got 2 to 3 zones

But since your bucks are dissapearing it means you have some undiscovered zone somewhere

If you have a diamond somewhere i think it stops good spawns, i didnt knew there were whitetails in that lake originally, and my spawns were only 55-70 and 70-85 bucks so i went there and ofcourse there was a diamond. After i killed him 85-100 bucks started appearing a lot more frequently

Anyone notice that if you aren't getting respawns and you find new zones that the new zone will a lot of the time have 4 bucks and 1 doe? Even 3 buck and 2 doe but there are always more buck. I feel like a herd has to have a doe in it no matter what for the initial spawn of a herd. It's like doe from an undiscovered zone replace a buck and the buck go to the undiscovered zones

And when you kill the bucks from the new zone that had a lot more bucks then it should have it starts to have only 2-3 bucks in it and the other bucks get replaced into other zones where there were nearly no bucks

I left diamonds alive for weeks at the start of my grind.. I had 11 altogether. I knew exactly what zones they were at and i carried on farming around them they made no difference to my spawn rate.

I found it beneficial to go hunt another species for a bit.. Changing the time has no effect.. Only thing that causes spawns are kills... Doesnt have to be whitetail kills.. You just need to burst the blockage so to speak

The real science is ordering the lakes so that each one gets the same chance of receiving respawns

On each lake you should choose the best zone spawn in a tent 200yds+ from the zone and have a tripod nearby... Also have a tent just behind the zone so you can pick uo deads... One setup like this on each lake and you are laughing.... If you do it right you can farm 2 or sometimes 3 zones from one tripod on most lakes

Its also clearly way easier than Layton. Even with the change on Layton a persons still hunting tiny groups of WT spread out over an entire map. Plus still majority of herds way up in cover. Rancho theyre concentrated and even when theyre in cover the covers way thinner so you can still see them. I think they accidentally killed Layton 😹

Seems that way. I think the only way theyll get people back into layton is if they fix whatever the issue is there with the respawns and add more WT pop to help fill out the map. Right now the choice is clear either spend days traveling all over your map looking for tiny groups or go to Rancho and just cover 5-6 Areas with healthy populations which is far more fun

I get very similar daily total on both maps, layton is very calculated and precise but rancho feels like you are killing more... its very different way of playing but somehow it ends up with very similar results

does the spawning process take any influence from current game stock is the real question though, diamonds can definitely stack but if the spawn pool is double threaded that would mean that a diamond is not a rare spawn and no included in the rare spawn pool. That would also mean that a rare spawn takes no influence from numbers of diamonds.

There are multiple zones now in the south round the island and on the east coast. Whereas all the small lakes used to have zones only a handful still do... There are more zones in the swamp areas now too

They seem to have made the zones harder to hunt from 200yds...which is a direct anti-grind tactic if you ask me.. We are not playing THEIR game how THEY want us to...

I have 4 zones on the east coast now and one has about 20 deer in it

All stuck in the trees... Infuriating and not funny 😂😂😂

I noticed with layton too that although the drink time is extended they dont drink for long and all zones are active at different times... Its very important now to visit your zones in an order that it will take a long time to figure out... If you need to make a drink or have a shit in the middle of your cycle you will have to start again 😂😂😂

I get the idea that they dont like the grinding for a GO approach.. TK was a little funny about it in the stream last week and said its completely pointless and a waste of your life... They didnt consider it when they introduced the great one and i dont think they like how many insights into game mechanics have come about as a result

Rancho looks more familiar with the zones tho but if you wantef layton whitetail zones they woulf all be in different places, it all depends on the map because in rancho the whitetail drink only in 6 lakes but on layton lakes they basically drink everywhere where's water
