I've been grinding Whitetail I got 50k but I spend on ammo and change the time I got 950 rounds for the 303 everytime I finish a whitetail run I buy 100 bullets for it imma get to 2500 rounds or 1500

So that way I have ammo for rancho

Because I've tested it and so has other people.

That's why when you absolutely can't get a diamond to spawn you need to check if you already have a diamond in a zone you didn't see

Ok here's an example of how I tested it, and I've done this to gain many diamond animals that I grind for

So when te awaroa came out I wanted a diamond feral pig but absolutely could not get one to spawn even after 500 kills (males only and several max weight estimate ones)

I had already shot a diamond fallow deer at the time so I knew not to look for them

Same for feral goats

I hunted the other species (sika and red deer) and killed a diamond of both then continued my feral pig grind

And then I got one of them too

This is how I've managed to get a diamond of every species in the game except the new species, and scrub hare+euro bison

In my opinion its because bugged great ones are not a thing anymore. All the ones that would have just been an overweight level 3, 4, or 5 are now turning up as great ones. Just like they should. Before im sure there was many times someone shot a bugged great one and didn't realize because they just didn't know that could happen. Also theres thousands of people hunting fresh populations of whitetail

Yea that too, rancho has way more whitetail and is also much easier to hunt them on. I killed just under 700 since release which is way more than i could ahve ever done on layton

4,292 kills in, i have got 16 diamonds on pc have killed 10 on console so 26 diamonds, i dont know how many rares exactly but have at least 20 rares due to not taxing them and i already have killed 12-14 on pc alone

i appearantly was actually further ahead than i thought i was thinking it was around 3800

The scanner didnt change anything... It cant change anything... Diamonds are unlimited.. Just look at all the dodgy lobbies on multiplayer... Every other animal is diamond

If you get into a server and shoot a diamond every other animal you see it's hacked.

You will also see underweight animals making diamond, and animals that are the wrong level making diamonds. If on layton will see multiple great ones

Yes. You just see more great ones because they are easier to hunt now. It was the same when fallow deer came onto te awaroa. Fallow diamonds used to be super rare cause they were hard to find on hirsch but after te awaroa they became easier. Same with red deer on parque

I really don't think they increased the spawn rate, just all these factors making them appear more common

I have just experienced the fallow thing yesterday I shot all my males twice in Te Awaroa and got a diamond in a few hours

Don't really mean that I just mean that when something comes out on a new map you see lots of rares/diamonds of it, making it appear more common, but really the spawn rates are the same, it's just due to a variety of factors that it looks more common

I started my GO grind and I think I’m doi it right based on what I learned. Occasionally I find new zones as I’m going through and hunting. I get about 20 bucks per drink time so it shouldn’t take forever
