I enjoy both games, but cotws main problem realism wise is how they implemented drink zones and how easy tracking is. Makes it way too repetitive for me

Drink times need to be moved across the day

Like everytime they stop feeding and resting they go and drink for an hour or so and you should split feeding and resting to twice in every 12 hours

That would help the realism in COTW

So you will still have your animals on their territories but drinking wouldn't be exploited and the two times they feed they should feed on different areas and the rest zones should be the ones that are 100% reliable

Like yes to zones but make them bigger because right now they are spots and it shouldn't be like that, there is nothing that stops a deer from drinking at different sides of a lake

So, maybe instead of zones territories

@strong thorn try not to overhunt the same spot...often tines you will be checking for respawns...so try and even out ur hunting pressure take like 2 deer from each spot as you go if you donthay for like 10 different zones you can really stack up the numbers and keep revisiting ur spots quicker...sort of thing

No GO on the new reserve according to the devs but they did say that they need us to tell them what the next one should be. Would have loved WT on the new map but sadly not to be. The map does look beautiful and it does appear that the GO has now been shot three times in short succession so maybe it has been patched. It does seem to be ghe same rack but I'm not complaining

I like diamonds but if you grind the same species for a little bit you can get a diamond which for me doesn't get my attention. I love the non typical racks, and the rareaty of them. Yes I play on ps4 my first g.o came around 2,000 my second was around 4,000 I think then the srp update happened and now I've shot thousands more and I feel like I'm shooting big lvl 2s then they respawn to little 2s or 1s then they switch to females im blessed to see a lvl 3 now

Before the srp update I was getting 2-6 diamond wt a day with around 300 to 400 kills a day

Yea no harvest screen usually only means one thing. We all know what that is. Yea the last "patch" to fix the GO did something else to mess them up. Thats why were only seeing a certain variation. Hopefully someday they'll focus on fixing the GO. EW will say they have a fix for it and it will be tied to the NZ map and everybody will have to wait until that gets released. Probably DEC 10 for pc and the rest of us will have to wait until Feb when released on consoles just like the BS we went through with the GO patch released with SRP. Funny how that works. They can come out with a patch to fix stupid rabbits right away but a GO fix has to be tied to a DLC dump. Coincidence?I think not. If they wanted to fix it for everybody it could be done outside of a DLC release. So lame

How about giving us all a christmas present EW by fixing the GOs before the NZ release?!?!?! That would make the community happy. But that wouldn't make any money from the holiday.

As flinter and a few others got that rack womith loads of points on it..and recently its been the other rack

We had GO's posted once every week when they weren't bugged, for like 4 months straight we seen none, only until recently we've seen 3.

Yep. Thts why all console players,myself included,should stop their chase for WT. As always the purposely reset all rhe WT zones for some reason so after all the hours and work we just put in to find all the zones again,the process will start all over. Hopefully after the long wait for the fix it will be worth it. I myself highly doubt it. After waiting for the GO fix for several montjs with SRP release,I as many others where crushed from waiting so long only to have them more messed up rhan ever. Just the way it goes with this game.

Its like they just love messing with us. We put in so many damn hours getting set up and once we do they just change everything again and we need to just start all over again. Putting in tons of hours finding zones,taking down all our old set ups and starting again. Then another patch comes out and then we start the process again.

Wow! Cool! I havent seen that since way back when. Was fun to see a lot of animals. I like that about mulies. You see a ton,most are females,but you see a lot of animals. Lately Layton sucked cause you see a few here and there with a lot of dead space so to speak

I saw on Zaggis GO grind videos how large the herds are now! On console it's a very different story though and the largest herds we seem to get are between 3/6 max, this is probably due to hardware capabilities. Might be wrong though. Am looking forward to seeing what this change does and it really makes me want to get a PC. Have been thinking about it for a while and with ps5s being the same price as an average pc now its tempting

I think they should lower the score to make it more realistic but keep the antlers the same size.
Like a 180 whitetail can be more equivalent to 280 whitetails antlers

If anything WT should go to lvl 5. This will allow for greater diversity and shapes in the racks. Big WT were always too common imo

Thats what I've been thinking since I started the game feels arbitrary that they get to lvl 3 when all the other class 4 animals reach 5

Also the stupid red deer don't even get me started on them

The bison should go up to 9 and goose to 3
