Not really. You just need to get lucky to get the level 2 to respawn in exteriors.
If you focus on 1 side (example exterior side) then you will get in the end no level 2s to spawn if you only shoot 10 animals per run.
You want to have atleast 20 in the respawn pool to have a much bigger chance to get to spawn a level 2

So i would say both main and exteriors if you are on like the last 10/15 animals to shoot down on your map.

So you will need 20 or more to shoot. That is only something you can achieve by getting kills in shooters and exteriors

Also what i like to do is not picking up the kills so i have all 20 animals getting respawned at the same time which also increase the likelyhood of spawning a level 2. Its because of the balancing thing in the respawnpool.
