first of all why no hm? its so easy for them

pick your best lakes that have consistent respawns and even then you can decide if you wanna grind with Hm or not

make a map from a sreenshot with all your zones that need to get shot down, are already shot down and how many males you need to shoot down in that zone

It's quite easy. Just pick your 8 best zones (the zones need to have consistent respawns and be easily accessable) and set up tents and tripod there. A bit more complicated if you want to herd manage, but still not hard

Yeah, I don't know how new you are to the game, but I recommend playing the game normally before starting a grind. That way you understand it better, how zones work etc.
