1. Pick 9 zones that are going to be your main zones. These 9 zones are your absolute best shooting spots. Quick and easy access, clear shooting lanes, at least 2 males to shoot at per herd. After you decide which 9 zones are your mains, literally everything else on your map is now an exterior zone. You're going to rotate on your 9 main zones and 7 exterior zones simultaneously and you're going to keep shooting until every single deer in your exterior zones have an estimate around 150 or below
2. Every time you get an exterior zone shot down, youre gonna pick up tent and move to another. Repeat this process over and over. Once your entire map.is shot down, your going to go back to JUST your mains, and youre gonna rotate on just these 9 spots for the duration of your grind

Sounds right from what ive heard about setting up grinds. The whole idea is to force spawn rares in zones you check commonly but grinds take a long time its why theyre called grinds xD. I haven't done one myself yet but from what ive heard in the community shooting thousands of animals during s grind is extremely common and expected some people just get lucky

Animals spook at 180m. Since animals can drink about 50m away in any direction from dead center of drink zone, I place my tents 230m away to allow for that 50m variance. Depending on the zone and limitations on where they can actually be, you can sometimes get away going a little closer but they could spook in some instances

i had a similar experience where i went somewhere over 700 wolves without a rare

but usually get them more frequently than that

maybe like every 200-400

I was more or less inconsistent with my rare wolves. First grind I only spawned a dark grey 300+ kills in. Second I spawned an albino at 100+ kills, an egg white 200+ kills, and a red brown 300+ kills in.

Yea, I actually get a rare every few hundred kills. But can also have a stretch not getting them in a 1000 kills either. Should balance out to about 2-3 in a 1000 kills
