I know most of you have been doing this for a long time so this is for us newbies. I have used the box feeder at herscgfelden (in the farm fields) and te awaroa. Is set up 8 of them. For awaroa I set up close by o drinking zones. For herschfelden I would look for places in the fields close to water and feeding zones. I had to adjust a couple spots to what I liked. I have under 400 hours and over two weekends I have gotten two fabled Fallow (one at each reserve) I use the pellets in the box

The map is my te awaroa spots. I shoot one level 3 or higher at each spot and move one. At awaroa I was able to do this for drinking and feeding times. If level 3 or higher wasnt present I moved to bet spot

At hirschfelden the red go to the box to so u can start at tgeir feeding time and work them. I have gotten several diamonds. At awaroa I am now doing the red deer and set up close to drinking zones and doing the rounds for most of each hunting day.

I set up my routine for red deer on Sunday and got 3 diamonds a troll and one missed vital shot so blew that diamond

1. Find all your zones (if you want)

2. Keep goats alive if :
   they have a top estimate of 140 or under
   they have a bottom estimate of 157 or over (aka guaranteed golds)

3. When you get to around 20-25 goats in each category, shoot any goat over 140 top estimate

Took me about 90 kills to manage my goat population this new save

Like, Im completely stumped right now. So I made my hm better for tahr and managed to get an about 1 in 25 diamond rate. Now all of a sudden, Im missing respawns and my diamond rate is horrible. Well, no big deal that's what tahr do, they simply formed a new zone like they always do every now and then. Well apparently not, went through literally every single possible place where they can feed yet nothing. Never has something like this happened in the 12 000 kills I have for tahr and I genuinely don't know what is happening, it makes no sense.

Just starting out on my first ever G1 (choosing Red Deer). Can someone help me with understanding the proper process for herd management/stacking to get set up? I’m doing it on Te Awaroa. What are the best lakes to hunt the G1 and stack at? Where are the lakes you want to herd manage ASAP? Anything helps! 🙂
