no, you have to wait roughly 15 irl mins give or take for respawns

Finding all your zones doesnt really do anything with respawn consistency, you often times have to shoot more than 1 deer to get a respawn generally around 15-20 for them to be consistent

respawns are based on numerous factors like time and other things we dont know

fallows normally take 10 mins tigers take ten minutes from collecting the body to respawning but its different for many species and thats just one of the factors
