All you have to do is shoot a female from the 4 lakes, and a male from an exterior zone

Don't pick up any of them and leave the map

Once the respawn timer is up they have a chance to swap zones, so the male goes to the 4 lakes and the female goes to an exterior

You just repeat the whole process until all your bear in the 4 lakes are males

From what I know you have to do each bear 1 by 1, meaning you can't swap multiple males with multiple females at the same time, however I could be wrong so you might wanna ask someone about that
