Nothing is ever impossible when human error is involved lol but I feel you. I’ve had the same kind of things happen even though I’m incredibly thorough. Truth is, there’s quite a few reasons that could have happened, but I’m willing to bet you saw their zone before when they were fleeing/nervous and the game didn’t actually identify a zone on the map because of it. Now that you’ve seen them again, in a calmer mood, it has. There’s several other reasons though, aside from that. Not a big deal. Just shoot em back down and keep grindin :p
