Thanks!! Easiest way to start a Bear grind is by setting up on these 4 lakes (or 5, the one on red is optional, I don't use it but it works great).

1st you swap the females on these lakes with males (I can explain if you don't know how), and then you start blasting

For hm (if you want to do it), you stack 8s and 9s on the those lakes, and manage down the rest of the map to 4s and below
