Afaik even with PS+ this isn’t possible since there’s no way to actually like, “trade out” or swap files (meaning back up your old save to cloud, pause auto cloud saves, hit new game, then redownload backup later)
Especially because you’d end up losing the new game save when you eventually redownload the old backup
You could probably go through the effort of extracting your files onto USB but that’s a lot more effort than you probably want lol

My best recommendation would be to make a second account on the PlayStation itself then play the new maps on that, if you want the new game experience
