from my learning so far, its an exterior lake that has often jumpers so you want the lvl 4s and down there, and if you see an occasional lvl 5 and up its a bouncer from the 4 lakes

You kill it and it should rotate back up like almost every time

i was asking myself the same question the other day and someone explained to me a little more in details why that 5th lake isnt part of the rotation, its essentially low enough to make the bears bounce anywhere else down so by farming that 5th lake you risk making males respawn lower and lower over time possibly re doing ur whole hm

Solos for Moose always move, by Herd Managing it will help. BUt you must stack the 5s and go around shooting the singles, so the main zones you hunt are all good (ill get the instructions in a second)

Herd Management
Herd management is a grinding form involving shooting higher level animals to build up a large population of low level animals, which will incite higher level respawns in return. Upon setting up, your goal is to shoot any animal above the minimum weight estimate. Stacking max level animals can help incite the opposite effect, where the respawning animals will likely be a lower level. However, make sure you shoot the stacked max levels after you are satisfied with the number of low level animals. As after that your other respawns will not be as high level

That’s just how GOs work. There is nothing preventing them from spawning except bad luck if youre claiming kills
