How long does it generally take, either time taken or by amount of kills, does it generally take to manage down Red Deer population? I'd say it's going pretty well so far, I've got around 65% of the population managed to either 8s and 9s or 4s and lower, but obviously that still leaves another 35% of the population between levels 5 and 7 so I'm just curious!

I'm at around 450-ish kills right now if that helps with anything or provides any context LOL

Hey what should I do on my Layton lakes moose grind. Majority of my herds that have 1 bulls 2 cows or 2 bulls and 3 cows are all low level. But the other zones that you wouldn’t want to set up on are high leveled. Should I shoot the smaller bulls out of good zones and hope they respawn bigger or what?

And also 3 zones that I had setup on lakes had 2 bulls and 3 cows but when I shot bulls they diddnt respawn back at zone

I know there's such a thing is migrating individuals where you can shoot a large solo and then shoot a small herd male and just hope they actually trade out. This of course was a lot easier to do when you could still force respawns by main menuing so it'll be a lot more difficult and time consuming to do that now

Those were just solo males that were drinking in the same zone as a herd, Red Deer do that a lot too as I've discovered

Usually they are around the same count as yours but it is all luck or rng so it can be any amount of kills but I have seen the average for fallow is like 1000-1500

I simply slaughter the pheasants on the left half of Rancho. One of the best places for pheasants, IMO.

These 4 zones are pretty accurate - I set the time for 0800 and start in the bottom left and work toward the top. I'm walking and stalking, not grinding, but can get loads of pheasants in an in-game day.
