The people that actually enjoy stuff like respawn timers/ respawn changes are the ones who dont actually grind so they arent affected in any way shape or form. The Devs arent taking into account the people who actually spend the most time on this game and devote so much time into this game when we could be doing so much more with out lives but then we get compl screwed over. We make THREADS about everything like we are TOLD to and nothing gets done about it because they dont go after popular demand like they actually should

But respectively, the G1 is entirely rng based. So grinds that are that small is based on rng not grinding, while others are in several thousand.

They still are incredibly rare. Grinders who grind daily as part of their job have just over 100 and that’s hundreds of thousands of kills worth

This is definitely true, but you also need to define "does effect you" pretty specifically, I think. For a lot of people the point to playing these games is sharing their victories with the community, and that can really be effected by the way other people in the community source their takes from the game as well.

I started playing the game only recently, this is my first major update and the first time actually seeing a change to a Great One grind. I do understand why the devs changed it, the thing is, it's their game and they have a certain vision for how they want it to be, and that's 100% understandable. Even if I am honestly feeling a little bit disappointed about the change to pheasants as I was really enjoying the grind so far, the game is still amazing to me. I just don't feel very excited at the thought of going for a Great One pheasant as I did prior to the hotfix. That being said it's definitely a bit disheartening to see that there's been more than one update the past year that has harmed the players who like to grind specifically.

One thing is the more EW decides to change the game more and more it can make it harder for CC’s because some of their lives kinda depend on this game producing content so they can actually stay interested and so can their viewers and alot of the CC’s are based around (Grinding) and once a game mechanic like that is changed in the slightest bit it can affect their viewer and subscriber count and what gets them money? Views (and ads) but without views the ads mean nothing and that means they cant produce as much profit necessary for their family to actually live comfortably

This the game is so big and fastly different almost everyone plays differently to the other you can have damn near arcade shooting with the hardcore grinders you can have really realistic hunting with people that play no HUD no clues just walk around explore and try to find deer

it's possible to play the game in an unrealistic manner (fast travel HM grinds), but it's also possible to play the game in a realistic manner (traveling on foot, heading out before the animals get to an area and waiting to see what comes by, etc.)

this is purely anecdotal but i've found that the bigger animals enter their zones later than the smaller ones. I have a fox zone with a level 4 male and a level 8 male and the 4 was at this zone bright and early at like 17:15 while the 8 didn't show up until damn near 19:30
