My best answer would be a mew missions system with a special go as the final reward. So a set of really difficult missions centered around the animal and at the end you get a great one with a special fur that can only be obtained in the missions (it should be like a more simple o basic fur than the grind GO) that way casual players can get a great one but is not as special as the ones you can get if you put in the work
