good tip is set it to just before 6am wait few minutes in game prolly 10past then get on atv and fly down the bottom part of it. checking tracks

Hey, I haven't played in a while and decided to continue on my great one grind. I am hunting red deer and I'm only shooting levels 6 and above, but my problem is that now every run I kill only like 2-3 bucks because they're the only ones above level 5, am I doing something wrong or is it normal? I don't exactly remember the methods.. I'm on Te awaroa and I have around 13-16 zones set up

I’m pretty sure that is a good thing if I’m not wrong

First make sure you have all your zones. It is completely normal and you’ll have to kill some low levels from time to time to asure you are getting enough kills. If you are looking for a great one speed is MORE important than perfect herd management. For red deer you should be killing at least 40-60 deers per irl hour. Make sure you found all your zones, if you have and all of your deer are now small, then choose 8 of your favorite zones and ALWAYS kill 2 males in each. If those are big ones, great, if not then kill small ones. You can set up your 16 tents in a way that you 8 for shooting and 8 at the zones you shoot for retrieving the deer, that way you go even faster.

Also a few of my zones became female only, i think that means I haven't discovered all my zones but I triple checked all my lakes so that can't be, unless I accidentally shot a loner and he made a new zone somewhere else

if you're not using HM then what level respawns you get doesn't matter

as for the disappearing it's possible that there are solo males in your zones with the herd or sometimes respawns just get stuck in the respawn pool and won't respawn for awhile

if you're really concerned with the levels of your respawns maybe check exterior zones as it's possible you could have big male in them

yeah thats pretty much it, sometimes you can leave small ones at lakes you dont like to hunt, like a small 2 whitetail, a small 5 red deer or bear, and leave a small 3 moose or fallow at some zones. if that makes sense

but i usually just shoot them and see if a lower level spawns
