Whitetail are really crazy right now.

Respawns are inconsistent. They hop around to different zones. And sometimes the spawns dont come in at all during a time reset and main menu.

Yeah, so i have sometimes 2 bucks in a zone, next rotation there is 3, rotation after that 0. But they do end up coming back if you can find the zones they tend to bounce to.

It is annoying as all get out. I really wish we could go back to Pre-NEM spawns. Back when they were actually good.

Well, it is interesting that you ask. I do have a lot of numbers. So, shortest grind ever 13 kills and longest is 7,122. specifically though, i have 61 GO whitetail with shortest grind being 13 and longest being 4599. The average is 915. Red deer i have 10 GO shortest is 131 longest being 7,122 with a 1733 avg. 24 GO bears, shortest is 15 kills and longest being 6200 avg is 591. Moose i have 6 GO shortest being 30, longest being 3630 and avg is 1250. Fallow i have 17 GO shortest being 32, longest at 3671, avg is at 1263. Overall stats are shortest grind 13 kills, longest is 7,122 with 118 GOs with an overall average of 986 kills.

I’ve had a lot of extremes in my personal experience so tbh I don’t really feel like I’ve nailed down what “average” looks like. I have 24 great ones across all species with my shortest grind being 5 and my longest being 9,416 and counting. Tbh I really needed some validation that my moose grind has to end soon lol.

Some never make it there at all, I’ve seen it happen. They walk towards where the zone should be, the clock hits 00:00 and they turn away again

check these spots also. I RARELY have them there but occasionally Ill get a shooter respawn there. Make sure you know what your zones look like prior to shooting also. Those level 3s pop up and its hard to keep track of whats supposed to be where

This will def help, just need to make sure you're checking those exteriors periodically. Most times I can check those zones grind my 4 lakes and go back and shoot the same lakes with new bears that have respawned. I had a 100k session score from doing that last night. Took about 3 hours.

You don’t really. If they bounce out, you have to find them and shoot them back in. I takes a decent amount of shooting to get them stable enough to 4 lake grind.

So how can u tell if an animal is cheated I have never been able to tell the difference between them and legit animals

For animals such as a croc for eg, the weight determines the score, so say you get a 1046kg croc, the score would most likely be somewhere in the 1046 area since thats how they score. If the weight doesnt match and not even close to 1046 it would be a cheated croc. In multi some servers are pretty obvious if cheated or not, eg everything either a great one a rare or super rare

i wouldnt compare your grind to others. some people are insanely lucky with spawn chances while others are cursed.
also, proper HM allows for somewhat reliable GO spawns now, and there are videos covering that :)

Which GO in your experience took the least amount of time or effort to grind? I've been on my red deer grind for a year and a half now and still no luck at all. I'm about to give up, maybe grind for something else. Is whitetail or moose any easier, or fallow deer?

Hey does anyone have any tips for whitetail on Revontuli? I have multiple red deer, black bear, and fallow great ones, but it is super hard for me to get set up on whitetail. I have run my map several times and only have 52 zones. I just started shooting at various zones, but not getting consistent respawns. I am sure I have checked everywhere.

How big of herds are you shooting and how many does are in them

Also 52 still seems kinda low but you could also have a bunch of huge herds

I had the same issue I just started shooting down all the zones I found and occasionally checking for new zones when spawns got rly inconsistent and randomly I would start finding new zones in areas I had already checked now I finally think I have all my zones but it took a long time

You should also have a lot of combined zones so you have like 2 herds or more in the same area so it will only show as one zone on the map
