you one want to have hunting pressure removed from a area they may be spawning in. two you want to be fast forwarding time at least a day. also dont fast forward the time at the location you hunting at

as often they wont be there even if in need zone time

3 some areas take animals longer to get to

as they have to travel further

so you have to allow for that

Therefore, if you wanna get a GO red deer you should only be shooting red deer

It’s called hunting pressure. When you shoot and kill an animal in area it starts to build up. Too much hunting pressure will remove any need zones in the area

there is only roughly 50 males

so if you stick at it its actually going to get to the hm good levels pretty fast

Yeah I have estimated I have about just over 10 shooters level 5 and above on my map now

i mentioned it in video i did other day. with 30 diamonds stacked. a diamond would spawn about 500 kills roughly

so it really does make a difference later on

i also wanted to do it for years as walking round your map with legit diamonds every where was pretty cool 😁

I’m about to start the great one fallow deer grind anyone have any tips before I start. What maps should I use and just other general tips that will be helpful

Imo Te awora is best bet, a lot of YouTubers have a bunch of helpful info. I started my grind on day 1 of release using a Scarecrow video (either video or stream).

Use a hotspot map and find all the zones you can (keep in mind once you find a zone it’s possible a new zone pops up at a lake you already checked so make sure yo double/triple/ect check).

If you’ve grinded before you know HM if not a YouTube video would help. (Shoot 3+ leave 2- ALL FEMALES)

Grinding is a hard thing but you see and get a lot of cool spawns, group management is highly annoying but it’s worth it, and setups are usually easy

If you want to see results within a reasonable timeframe then efficiently setting up a grind is necessary

Herd management improves results in the same timeframe but isn’t necessary

Hell, I’ve gotten 3 super rares and a few GOs without any HM
