Mmm okay so , what you would typically want to do on a GO grind is grind as many males in as little amount of time possible, plus you want to pick up the kills.
So

• Scrap killing loner males if someone is doing it because most respawn on random places which is inefficient because you will be just running around the whole coast and that wastes a lot of your time
• Have the tents as close as you can to your zone so that its faster to pick up all the kills by the quad which is alot more time effficient
• Use the tent unloaded zone technique if you have zones where you can take advantage of this
• Ideal amount of kills per run would be 20-30 fallow (TE)
  30-40 whitetail (RC, LL)
  which would make the average run last around about only an hour ingame, which is like 15-20 minutes IRL maybe even less, by this you are basically having the best % to spawn a GO because per hour you get as most kills as you can
  When you have a lot of downed animals on one spot try to fast accept them all
  I have been doing this on the double lakes and it seems that I get better spawns there, might be just a thing that happens to me
  Also I noticed when I often dont get a lot of rares and dimes usually my grind ends in a little amount of time
  -- I noticed this today by looking into all my GO numbers in my notepad
