and I was setting up on rev for a whitetail grind

i was about half way through setting up, the next time I get on, all of my tents and tripods are gone

and they arent in a loadout or inventory

I’m hopeful that the devs will change their view on Africa 2.0

From what we heard from Jaxy the devs see Africa 2.0 as a finale of sorts because after Africa 2 what can top that? I think they could easily do another Africa map with loads of cool animals but only include 1-2 (or none) of the big 5 animals and such

Give us a map with animals like waterbuck, gerenuk, gazelle, black wildebeest, zebra, and maybe repeat a couple from Vurhonga to fill out the map without making the map a 2 year project. Then for the true African finale we could get a map with rhino, elephant, giraffe, hippo, greater kudu, and others of the top requested animals for Africa

At the very least, I hope the future of African maps in COTW isn’t just 1 map a couple years down the line as a “finale” and that’s it. Africa’s wildlife is still mostly untouched in COTW and I don’t think just 1 or even 2 more African maps would suffice

If your grinding animals for either diamonds or respawns for a great one - collecting the animals should make the respawn happen pretty quickly. No need to drop back to the games main menu and do a total game reset.
