If I'm understanding your question properly, yes- they spawn in all the zones regular red deer do. They follow all the same rules as any other animal in their species, they're just respawns off something you've already shot.

Only benefit of finding other zones is the small chance of finding a trophy. Otherwise it is completely possible to grind with as low as four or five zones (with hunting structures)

You can HM black bears but you have to shoot females with the males. And pick up females after you shoot the males. So it pushes them out the respawn waiting list basically

I didn't enjoy doing that but it works
