Why are you stacking them? Herd management/ stacking level 9's does not affect Great One spawn chances, if thats what you are going for. Great One is like a rare fur. Totally RNG random. But to answer your question, ive heard that if you stack too many level 9's it could fuck yp your spawns. I heard you should stack no more than 6-9 level 9's

I am grinding on srp too for the great one black bear. its tough. Its a shit grind in my opinion but when/if i get it it will be worth it, I hope i get Fabled Spotted. I have roughly 830-870 black bear kills if i had to guess. I am not an expert or anything so take my advice with a grain of salt. Good luck in your grind brotha, how many kills you at

The only way I can tell is if you keep killing males and the females start to take over zones then you are probably missing some zones. If you have all your zones when you kill a male ,
then you should have a male return to that zone for the most part.

I'm 1702 kills into my grind and here's my advise
Somewhere on your map, one of the lakes, probably one of the hidden ones, looks like this right now.
Once you go find it and shoot down all the males, they will spread back out to the lakes you're grinding on. Moose like to move around on the map and find lakes to all gather in together, until you go and shoot them from there they won't go back spawning on other lakes, the ones you're using for the grind.
So the males from the zones that supposedly aren't giving respawns, are just gathered in one place somewhere (maybe one of the hidden lakes) on your map

Females aren't affecting the males' spawns. That could be the zone, kill all the males, ofc add them to the count and see if your lakes have better respawns afterwards, if no, there's more zones like that you have to find

Their drink zones were at night time when the G.O. red deer was released... so I took down 9300 stags at night and spawned him in few months after the release

That was comical I sat hidden in bushes waiting for a deer but they wandered past and about 400m from the lake and started drinking randomly on the cliff area. I managed to sneak in on em and fluke this one. I had been trying to get close enough 2 cycles and scared it off. Got it in the weird off drinking area.

Visibility is great and the zones are pretty well spaced out but not a ridiculous amount like on NEM

I remember multiplayer server hopping was a very big thing when I first started playing cotw. 7 of my first 8 diamonds came from multiplayer and for awhile most of diamonds were from multiplayer. even did sever hopping on pumas to try to get just a mela of any size, until tripod stands came out then I started grinding pumas in sp and that's where my grinding began. I still played multiplayer alot until Mississippi came out and now multiplayer on Xbox either has connection issues or the host kicks you instantly

If you pick up your kills almost all your respawns if not all will come back
Its just the other animals in the herd that you spooked that will just wander around
And by going back to main menu it will take them off of nervous and put it back to calm
