I just figured out why EW never said anything about the spook radius for shots!!!! It’s because it’s a bug that switched the spook radius for setting up tripods and tents and shooting. I figured this out when I saw the new spook radius for tripods and tents is 200m

No? They’re strictly rack based, weight for any horned or antlered animal has no factor on whether it’s a diamond or not.

I don’t know if I completely believe that… there definitely seems to be a threshold that only diamonds ever exceed in weight. This is why you never see a max weight animal posted that doesn’t meet the score requirement for diamond

the weight does play a part as it has to be a max weight estimate track to make it, but antlered animals arent scored on weight

unless it specifically says on the truscore screen that weight of the antlers is a factor in the score

Oh I think people have misunderstood each other😅 I wasn’t trying to say that antlered animals have a weight requirement for diamond, more so that the diamonds are almost always a heavier weight than non diamonds. Which makes it seem that the score of the animal has some effect on its weight, or vice versa.
