A problem I see with reducing the rarity is that you run the risk of more people hitting the insane luck which would result in a lot of people thinking that it’s become too common. My suggestion would be to put a requirement in front of the rarity reduction. Example, you need to kill 25k whitetail before the odds of an ultra rare are increased for your account

Piebald stags are ridiculously common for me. I get one everytime I hunt red deer and I don’t even grind them
