Her and her dad patched him up and the vet removed like 60+ birdshot pellets and a few .22s from him. He refused cat food while he was healing and ate the dog's kibble instead, but after he healed up most of the way one day he just walked out the door and didn't return until sunset. He waddled in fat as hell hacking up grouse feathers lmao. Tommy fed himself like that his whole life on the farm and preferred to hunt bigger game like jackrabbits, grouse, pheasant, geese, possibly cranes etc. He was well over 20 pounds, possibly closer to 25-30 pounds, and was basically a big game hunter for sport lol. At one point he probably killed a raccoon too. He lived the life of a warrior feral until they lost the farm and had to give him to a friend in town, where he lived for about a year before he died from being hit by a car.
