People are complaining to me that I can't carry 4 or 5 guns and 2 Binoculars, Scent Eliminator, First Aid Kit and tents and electric caller

And make the total carrying capacity 30

also counting calories taught me how stupidly large some portions are like how do you make 1 meal "meant for 1 person" and it's like 1600 cal

like that's more then probabaly the average woman's recommended calorie consumption in a day

also honestly I don't know how some people struggle to lose weight so much like it's essentially just be in a calorie deficit and you will lose weight you don't even have to eat less if you work out or of you just don't have the motivation to work out then just like eat below your daily maintainance calories maybe it is more difficult in America

and plus eventually your body will just naturally retrain itself suppress your hunger/make you feel full if you lower your calorie intake for a couple weeks below it's usual amount so you're less prone to binge and eat above your maintaince

people really overcomplicate how you lose weight like it's essentially just either, eat below your bodies natural maintainance and/or work out while eating at/below your daily maintaince level and if you can't consistently manage to work out you can still just be in a deficit and lose weight which I would say has been pretty easy with just intermittent fasting once your body retrains it's appetite
