Explore and pay attention to animal sizes

You'll come across one eventually

Like for me exploring around has got me three diamonds off of the new map so far I found the turkey tracks and followed them until I found the bird
The raccoon went running across the road with a bunch of other raccoons and I was just spotting all over them to see what size they were
The alligator was with a bunch of other ones and a feed zone in the middle of a big lagoon
So pretty much just pay attention to track sizes I recommend getting points in both the tracking and spotting skills so you have more of an advantage looking at animals looking for them and just keep an eye out

Any max level animal has a very very good chance to make diamond and mostly all animals that do not max out a level 9 except water buffalo has a chance of making diamond at the level before Max so lvl 4 and 2 water buffalo have a chance of making diamond at 8

literally every phucking where they're almost as bad as pumas pumas are literally at every body of water on the map a red deer drink in the morning and the evening they rest throughout the night and in the morning noon area they can be rather challenging to find during rest times and they feed once in midday you mainly find them in extremely large Herds or singular males or males in a group of 2-4 once you find out and learn about them they are very fun to hunt and rather easy to hunt the only thing is pumas are a pain in your ass and scares them away a lot Red deer drink at the exact same time puma does both times I recommend watching a YouTube guide on red deer

I really like to hunt but when I see someone flying over the map with speedhacks I always lose the mood to play although it is a very nice game. I hope that my message here in the channel is correct. I have found ingame the kick function which but does not act against the cheater because he himself looks for a new server or even created one to it I noticed that since there was the free version at EPIC very many unfriends players have come. Now the question is where and how can I submit the reports so that the person who cheats and ruins the beautiful game is excluded from the community?

I believe them too. But that alone can not be the solution in the long run to protect themselves from cheaters and let them continue to destroy the game. I hope that they will soon add something so that it takes an end with cheaters. I write them right away with a PN to what I still want to report. I think they have more ways to forward this to the suport.

Lemme explain the class system to ya real quick.

animals are divided into nine classes roughly based on size and durability. you can view what class the animal is if you go into the wildlife section of the codex or when spotting the animal or picking up its track.

every ammo type in the game is rated for a certain range of animal classes. For instance, your starter rifle, the .243, is rated for class 2-6 (roughly red fox to red deer in animal sizes), but it will struggle at the upper end of that class range

there's a couple of numbers. the one circled in red is the difficulty rating. this is based on the animal's size within its species.
the one in blue is the class number

btw, every animal has a different max difficulty rating. the majority of animals in the game top out at 5 - MEDIUM, predators, buffalo, and red deer top out at 9 - LEGENDARY, and most birds, rabbits and hares, and a few deer species top out at 3 - VERY EASY

the DLC itself isn't required to hunt ducks, but the waterfowl blinds are multi-purpose

Shoot them in their lungs/heart. Just behind their leg. Don’t kill them while they’re floating on water, kill them when they’re resting. Mine rest from like 0900-1200 and they gather in swarms on the banks. If you HAVE to kill them on water because you’re trying to spawn new ones, it typically takes a shot on the head and a shot on the back with 7MM

The only time I have seen that happen in my playing is when I have the hound laying down and the deer walked right up to him and spooked, have not noticed them get spooked any other way.

I haven’t been actively wanting to make money in a long time, but any map will work if you can find enough animals, I’ve found that Mountain Lions on Silver Ridge Peaks is quite good

but which animal doesn’t really matter, as long as you can find a lot of them, I earned close to 500k from just Roe Deer in a month.

I myself use: Grelck Drilling Rifle (5-9 + Shotgun with ammo for 1-7), M1 (from a weapon pack) (especially for quick shots on Level 4-8), Solokhin (very good for level 3s), .243 (better than the H22 for Level 2s), and the .22 Virant (for long range level 1s... otherwise I use the shotgun mode of the drilling rifle)

You could also change the Drilling Rifle for the .300 if you are especially going for Level 8s and 9s

The Virant .22 is from Weapon Pack 1, Grelck and Solokhin from Weapon Pack 2 and the M1 is from the Smoking Barrels Weapon Pack (the .300 comes with the Yukon DLC).. if you do not want to buy all of these weapon packs you can easily use the .243 also for level 3s and you can use the 7mm for literally all animals from 4-9 (but it only has one bullet in the magazin, so I would say the M1 is a really good value)

they seem like they make next to no difference when looking at the added noise and visibility ingame, but they make a huge difference, I tried the smallest one once, I spooked animals from 30-50 meters further.

Well it depends what you want to do, if you want to grind for a Great One Wild Tail I can suggest Rancho, but for me still the best DLC map would be Vurhonga... you can just join some servers in multiplayer and try the maps for yourself without needing the dlc
