once you get some good money work on buying tents and such

Yo I’ve been wanting to set up a grind for fallow deer on Te Awaroa but I cannot find any drink zones for them. I’ve checked every lake in the east side and some on the west side, setting times to 12:45 before checking and I don’t think I have any fallow deer zones except one feed zone

I would set the time to earlier on in the drink time, for example 11:00 or 11:30 because they’re more likely to actually be there than as late as 12:45 where they have the possibility of already being gone from their drink zones.

When should i start killing my level 4s, when do i start stacking diamonds / when do i kill them and should i also keep my big level 3s that are around 200 in score and 80-100 kg

Question about HM, so I’m setting up my first G1 grind for whitetail on revontuli, ive already found 2 diamonds and theyre both on very good and easy to shoot zones, i know how HM works but im wondering for my main zones do i shoot the level 1 whitetails that are in the main ones to get them to respawn elsewhere in exterior zones and keep the diamonds and high scoring level 2 bucks in the main zones? Or just leave the level 1s in the main zones along with all the other good bucks

Respawns in a certain area usually respawn in the same area (for some species, some species have exceptions, some areas also have exceptions)

The 4 lakes for bears are one of those certain areas that have very consistent respawns for bears (excluding the times they go somewhere else, but even when they do, where they go is almost always still consistent for the player)

Sometimes its a desync thing, sometimes its a "MP is blursed" thing.

If cam didnt work, try adjusting how and where you are looking at the animal - once i had to be faceplanted in a lions stomach in order for it to trigger that i was trying to pick it up. Was really annoying trying to find the perfect angle

Hello Tyk me too happy to see you here , told you one day I’ll play it 😇 so yea I think in my case it’s desync happens when u see it says the host left the server but the game bugs still think he is in game lol’ u see his name and his character then you’ll know that’s it you can’t hunt anything cuz you won’t be able to claim it unfortunately . it happened many times before , I also tried to shoot another animals to see if I can claim but nope . You see the option and everything pops on screen but when I press nothing happened and I’ve tried many ways and many angles .

Sometime when it disconnect you from host you be alone in the map you see only your character and your name only in that case everything works fine 👍🏼but when he leave and you still see the name then it’s better to leave cuz you won’t be able to do anything . I’m on Xbox btw

MP maps are open I think 15(?) minutes after the host disconnects, if anyone else does not own the map to end up being the secondary host - so that people can wrap up their hunts and get their trophies.

It might be worth reaching out to support and writing them a detailed ticket, explaining what happens and when and how - they might have a solution, or they might be able to put the QA/Devs to work trying to fix it.

I wouldn't worry about it then. Especially great ones. Diamonds will come eventually, but you just gotta hunt during their need zones. Probably gonna have the best chance when they're drinking

I'd say look up those maps to see hotspots, walk those hotspots, get deer. You have diamonds somewhere, maybe not moose or whitetail but they're already there. Kill moose and/or whitetail, eventually one of them will be a diamond. Maybe one is initially, maybe you need a respawn

You could maybe avoid smaller males, but if you're new, you need money

I got super frustrated by my lack of trophies many times. It's especially bad getting trolled. Which has happened to me a lot

When using the Feeders for Tigers and Snow Leopards, do they find the bait immediately after resetting the time if they're in the area? Or do you have to wait multiple in-game days sometimes for them to show. I got a Snowy with the Scent Feeder but it was there immediately - hasn't been back.

I keep moving feeders when they don't show, thinking they aren't in the attraction radius...

With feeders, if they've discovered it (walked within the 400m radius) they have a chance to come to the feeder instead of their normal feed zone. It's my understanding that snow leopards have a low attraction rating so they are more likely to go to their normal zone than the feeder each cycle

Yeah different species have different attraction ratings to each feeder. It was already kinda known with things like boar - they prefer barrel over post - but one of the CMs confirmed its a thing iirc. Some things just don't show up as frequently as others

Ive heard emerald coast is good for money. Though i think ive had great success on yukon with giant groups of buffalo being pretty easy to spot and open.

Emerald Coast for the Zagan Varminter .22-250 which is a 2-4 weapon that weighs 2 | super lightweight and niche filling
Pump, Flip and Fire Pack for the Frost .257 which is 2-6 and weighs 3 | very lightweight and fills a lot of animal, 200m range fast shots
Hunter Power Pack for the Malmer 7mm Magnum which is 4-9 and weighs 3.5 | statistical beast straight upgrade to 7mm.
Honorable mention is Rapid Hunt Rifle Pack for the Quist Reaper 7.62x39 2-6 at 4 lbs but is semi auto. | popular and powerful med weight
Or Weapon Pack 2 for the Solokhin which is 3-7 at 3.5 lbs. | being the only rifle that can hunt all deer species.
I would not recommend any weapons from hunters choice. they are all statistically worse than other options.

For any of these options i would wait for steam sale in less than 2 weeks.
