Left over animals will remain on your single player map. Discovered need zones will be loaded onto your single player map. Hunting pressure that was gotten on multiplayer will also remain in your map in single player

You shoot 5+ for zones you don't like and 5- for zones you want to grind. The idea is getting zones you want to grind with higher levels while leaving zones you don't want to grind with lower levels.

Hi, i am super casual when it comes to this game and i pay no attention at all to get the right conditions for diamond and Gold animals...especially bc i still dont get the point of it.

So i just want to use a loadout that can take out anything very well... due to not having all dlcs therefore not having all weapons available my choices are rather limited. I did chose the 300 canning magnum and a heavy revolver (forgot the name) to take on anything that charges me or to defend myself from Wolf ambushes. Are these 2 weapons ideal for that particular playstyle?

other wise your cross is usually 100m max and every mildot down is 50m, for the hyperion

I have never gotten a diamond the entire time I’ve played this game. I am confused cause I just really started getting into playing this game. I didn’t really play it before but now I’m serious about it and I wanna get diamonds. I try to get tips from my friends, but it never works. A general rule to live by when going after diamonds is to kill mid-high difficulty males of that species! For whitetail that's actually really simplified since they only go from 1-3. Just shoot all those 2s and 3s you see (while making sure you're using the right ammo and such for the harvest check) and you'll get a diamond in time

Figured I’d move to the right chat @visual bloom But the class system works on the size of the animal. Small animals require small calibers, while the big animals need high calibers. Cougars are in the middle, being a class 5, so any weapon that covers that class will give the full trophy score

It depends on how intense you want to do it imo. By stacking 5s and then shooting lower ones like 2s and low 3s, you are more likely to get smaller than larger. So you bounce back and forth with stacking (pushing to and keeping max diff) and shrinking (culling lowers) to make a giant gap between the ranks. It essentially gives you a chance at more 5s per rotation because there's so much empty "weight" on the board that needs filled.

I used this process with my boar where I stacked 5s and max weight 4s while continuing to split, stack, and shrink my remaining population. I got my population of 60 male boars to the point where 49 of them were level 1 and 2

Now that I've done that I'm getting a diamond roughly every 10 kills lol

That's for more of a super rare grind than a g1 grind - though many do them together

Very possible they're either in other zones or they simply haven't respawned yet. The respawn system doesn't work strictly off of a set amount of time, it seems like sometimes you need to get a certain number of kills for a full respawn to happen, so you may notice a "lull" here and there. The best way to fix that is, ironically, to kill more targets per cycle.

Polymer is the recommended choice for beginners because it's universally reliable at all ranges and angles. Soft points are more situational, and for the 7mm in particular, will really only be useful at extreme ranges where the polymer can't double lung.

50 yards will prolly be about a 6 ft spread

Hey guys, if I was to try and herd manage Tibetan foxes for a diamond or even a rare, do they act the same as red foxes in that you have to shoot both male and female in pairs for a respawn?

I've been keeping 1-5 as small anchors in my exteriors. Shooting 6-8 I've yet to see a 9.
Main zones i shoot anything below a 6. Keeping 7-8 as bigger anchors until I can get my exteriors shot down so I can focus on my main zones
