Yea they’re all pretty much the same (range wise, the timing isn’t usually exact, tho, even just zone to zone for the same animal)

Most animals/packs do have specific zones but they can rotate, I just mean like. Just bc a feed zone says 21:00-00:00 doesn’t mean they WILL be there no doubt at those times

They can be a little early/late, or end up going to a different zone etc.

you can but I think Layton is also available. Theres a possibility that the reason behind missed vitals could be the distance at which you are taking your shot. It will take time to unlock the right skills and perks allowing for the zeroing ability. In the early stages the best chance of hitting vitals would be trying to get the animals to go attentive and aim around the middle section **just **behind the leg

Anyone who hunts ducks, I know they'll still land even in a deadzone if you have decoys out but will they also land outside of their usual feed times if there decoys too?

Depends on the zone you're hunting them in. Lures work best with heavy cover or blinds with the wind blowing into you but it also depends on how you want to take your shots. Hunting in zones allow for better broad side shots which is the animals side is completely exposed while there're in front of you while lures might attract said animals with just the front of there body exposed to you which is a bit harder for new time players but you'll gradually get better at taking those shots

I can’t move with normal speed in the game, then when I deleted some file and set fov to 90 ai could move normaly but I couldn’t have the game in full screen mode. And when I opened it the next time it didn’t work again. Aditional problem is that always when I want to close the game it freezes and I need to close it in the task maneger or shut down computer. Your graphics settings change the render yes. Lower graphics would be less render.
Google says there's a mod that can increase render for im assuming pc but im not a pc player so I can't comment on that.

The only way to increase render distance is by using mods which as @quiet gorge said is against the guidelines 🐥

Now I just hunt roe deer on hirschfelden with the .243 or the 30-30 and I find it much more relaxing and entertaining. The modern rifle pack and the high caliber packs in my opinion are the best weapon packs to have especially if your grinding for a g1 and if you plan on that the tripod pack is a must have map wise is kinda just personal preference but emerald cost is very good for making money by running up and down the coast and shooting crocodiles can make 70-100k a run

If you're still on a last-gen console I'd just install the game and play it natively, if you have game pass it's on there at all tiers - streaming games through cloud play isn't really functional in my experience, the resolution is bad and it lags like anything. Can't say much for the current-gen consoles, but as a general rule of thumb if you can install the game instead of streaming it it tends to work better

the bulls are actually an easy diamond. just keep killing all the males. For deer you need to set up tents where they drink and shoot only the big ones. More big ones will spawn sometimes bigger than the ones you take out

The ENTIRE flock is level 3 (diamond) and the male is level 4. I am not on multiplayer and have never used mods to mess with the animals. is this a glitch or just pure luck??

if your grinding for fallow/red deer you want to have zones, 8 main zones and 8 clearing zones. the main zones are the ones your going to be mainly farming and the clearing zones are to clear the pressure from your main zones. the main zones you want to shoot the 2 highest males, and clearing zones shoot the 2 lowest males.

Ever since the Scotland map update, my game has just... Died?
I bought the map and it shows in my DLCs list. So I go to play it, it crashes EVERY single time I open it. Have not loaded it even once.
So, I thought "map is new, I'll try another time after they work out the kinks."
Well, now none of my animals are afraid of gunshots.
They spook if I run at them, but they don't spook when I shoot.
I was playing on Australia and I found a spot by the river where every single red deer on the map is congealed in a giant Red Deer ball and it crashes my game when they get spooked and all try to run.
I genuinely have no idea how to fix this.
Do I need to reinstall the game?
Is there a way to patch files without doing that?
I'm hesitant to uninstall it since my PC has issues connecting to the WiFi right now (another issue I'm dealing with actively) and reinstalling games is a HUGE pain right now. But if it's the only option, I'll bite the bullet and do it. I'm just looking for advice.
