Retriever: Will pick up Class 1 animals once they’ve been shot - Great for waterfowl

Bloodhound: Can track specific animals once they’ve been shot (good for a beginner when you’re not instant-dropping something)

GSP: Will find and point at animals (Small, Medium and Large), will sneak up to them and point.

If you get two, you can combine abilities once they’ve dog reaches level 15

I’d recommend the bloodhound

Is it possible to make one setup and continuously kill all mallards you call in. Will you go through all the mallards that way or do you have to relocate because not all flocks would pass by close enough to be called by you

You have to relocate/have multiple set ups there's only a certain amount of ducks in the area of the set up, but as long as you kill them and pick every one them up they'll keep respawning most the time

Yes, the Pointer tracks predators up through Class 5, but not Class 6 or above - they track foxes but not wolves

Spring creek doesn't have the "massive" sized platforms either so you can't use the multi mounts that go on those

Ive been struggling pretty badly recently to find diamonds and its not that I expect to find them every time I log on, but for a long time I just havent been able to find any.

I check need zones often, and Im traveling the map frequently. But just really struggling to find much of anything. Its weird because this has never been this bad of a problem before.

Perhaps its just a bad respawn rate, but any tips could help.

Find your preferred eat time on Salz and set up on 16 zones with two males each (doesn't have to be but you wanna try to find about that) so that way you have 32 shooters, massively improving grind times and making grinding as a whole easier for them

If score is important you can set up close to them and try to shoot them out the sky but if not, set up like a normal grind minus collection tents

I shoot mine with a 300 but that's just because I have about 10K ammo for jt

So, I just shot a mythical Tiger and got killed by another one. I reset the time cause I thought he wouldn't die, but he did. I've had bodies stay on the map before and now his tracks disappeared, so I won't be able to find him. Does that mean he won't respawn until I pick up the body, or did they patch that and will his body despawn the next time I exit to desktop?

Firstly, I’ve been the same, but once you get into the groove of things you really start to pick up on things (being able to differentiate a 2 vs a 4 without spotting them)
Secondly, from my experience, it’ll be incredibly incredibly rare for a troll rack not to troll, it’s best to assume that it will

I was ranting about the wrong gun here. I don't understand the 300. It has 32 pen and 7 expansion class 3-6 and 6 rounds. For a loss of 1 bullet, the Zarza-10 .308 has 44 pen and 13 expansion at 4-9. So unless you're very specifcally looking for easy shots on class 3 animals, I can't think of a use case for it.

I am trying to kill whitetail with a bow from my stand but even when they are at 40yd (the recommended distance and the distance i was accurate at using the shooting range), they miss and run away. Maybe because im shooting down and not straight out? Any ideas for what i need to do differently?

what was the wind direction and draw weight and arrow grain

though if its zeroed exactly it should end up at that height and the hunting stand usually doesnt effect the hit location too much
(though i do believe its better to am a tiny bit lower depending on how steep the elevation differance is)

but if youre swapping draw weights and arrows that can effect how it drops when it isnt absolutely zeroed+wind can effect it

I would not say he goes back to the place you saw him in but look around the area and u will find his zone

If u dont have one

And if u have one just change the time to when he is at his zone and shoot it

And animals do not despawn if u dont harvest it or leave the game
