And it’s currently the best map for duck hunting

Do note ptarmigans have to be shot while they’re in the air because it’ll count as grounded and you won’t get the trophy

But unlike ptarmigans, grouse and capercaillie can be shot on the ground or airborne

When a body despawns it goes back into the spawnpool for the "location" (herd) you took it from - to my knowledge.
Sometimes there are migrators but idk what determines them, like if one animal migrates to a new location/herd

1. Choose your main zones
2. Setup on the zones and start shooting any level males except for level 3s
3. Once you have around 12 level 3s stacked in the mains (could be more if you want) go to the exteriors and shoot them down to level 1s (or 70-85kg males if you want to be quicker but less effective)
4. Once that’s done return to the mains, kill the 3s, and continue shooting any males that spawn in them
   That’s the basic premise for whitetail. The only difference between species is the levels

if you're new to the game i wouldn't recommend doing a grind

I swear they don't cuz I had a really good zone all the way up in choppeka and I killed tons of deer and they stopped spawning there I tried 10:30 9:30 11:30 and they don't spawn and I reset my game and Xbox and they still don't spawn

make sure you didnt accidentally overpressure the zone and delete the need zone

i did that to my red deer spot like two days ago

Basically falls into geese can be hell sometimes since you're having to kill so many females 300-500 kills ends up falling around 50-150 males which is around diamond average kills

Not really, almost all level 9 maxing animals pay 1200-1699 level 5 animals Crocs Gators and upland birds give 800-1200 then level 3 animals give 250-500 then geese give 500-900 all depending on harvest checks and quick kill/consecutive harvest
