Thats hunting pressure, you want to distribute that across the map or youll delete zones

The animals that were there if you deleted any zones moved to a different spot thats "less dangerous" if you hunt enough animals they will start to return to that area down the line

Try not to kill more than 2 or 3 animals in a single spot and youll avoid deleting zones

The animals have organs, often times if you dont hit an important organ they wont die, you wanna hit the lungs so aim the area around a little bit above the elbow of the animal looking at it from the side

Sounds like you're using soft points. They have poor penetration. Polymer tips are your friend

Soft points favour expansion for quick bleed rate, polymer favour penetration. Penetration is much more versatile as you can hit vitals more easily

Expansion means nothing if you don't hit vital

Soft points often fail to hit lungs on frontal shots and quartering away back shots. The reliable way to use soft is a broadside shot to the lungs which isn't always possible. Polymer wins always

On broadside shot, soft will hit one lung, Polymer will hit double lung (generally)

And also poly has better damage at range. Soft has better damage at closer range (if you hir vital)

ohh so simply There are 2 diffrent ammo Soft and Polymer . Polymer is good to penetrate and hit organs but soft is mostly for bleeding. I don't make them bleed to death anyway so I think polymer is better in general

That's the saddest part about multiplayer. Regular diamonds are ok to pick up, but super rares and g1's are almost guaranteed to be cheated servers.

I would understand (but do not endorse) marginally increasing the odds for g1's, diamonds and rares (eg. instead of 1/2000 you make it 1/500) to make it slightly less grindy, but maps full of trophies are so dull.

You need to kill her and a male, pick up neither of them and exit to main menu. If you're lucky they swap places.

Your going to kill all the high levels at the zones you don’t intend to hunt and get them to level 1-2 maybe small 3 and than focus on shooting males in your main zones

you're probably in for a hard time sorry. audio bugs have been off and on in this game forever, and the directional audio issue doesn't seem to affect most players so it's probably something system or hardware related which makes it hard to solve. you can try messing with your system audio settings but don't hold your breath. good luck

Sundarpatan, because there is water Buffalo, tigers, yak. They are all very fun to hunt, especially when they get aggressive

Not the easiest map to find animals on, but when you do find animals it is pretty fun. Maps like Yukon and SRP are relatively easy to locate animals on which can be less boring. It depends on the player really but Sundarpatan for me I feel is funnest

Silver ridge peaks, it's the only map with rocky mountain elk unless you wanna hunt Roosevelt elks, but I find rocky mountain elk are most fun to hunt in they're feed zones but drink zones also really good (feed zones are from 8am to 12) (drink zones are from 4am to 8am)
Best spots in my opinion are two fawns (way north of spawn), Uintah outpost (drink time), San Juan outpost (Eastern side of the map) and Ouray outpost in the middle of the map

something like that. Personally I would try to track down the missing male first and then decide. There's a chance it's still somewhere on the three lakes despite the arrival of the female. If you rule that out and you want to keep grinding on three lakes then you will have to swap, yes.

three lakes didn't work very well for me though because the male respawn kept getting lost, so I ended up using all 16 tents and grinding more than one tiger at a time for a while

any tips for great ones? i am on teawaroa i got like 15 diamods per 2K kills, but no GO seems to be coming, i did not start herd managing as i was confused, so i just went and killed every male, but now the zones are messed up and idk what to do either just continue killing all males or start a grind on a new map? i haven't tried it but in my opinion herd managment is a myth in this game i think people have a placebo effect of where they try to get a diamond from X species so they hyperfocus their need zones and in the end they only increase the chance of getting the result they want purely because they increased the ammount of time spent on that exact species

i know that bullet drop is compensated by raising the crosshair higher than the intend target area, but what about shooting with zeroing further than the distance to the animal? Like shooting at 100m, do you use 75m and compensate for bullet drop or 150m and aim lower?

i'd reccomend just going to the shooting range on Hirschfelden and figuring out with target practice, i've realised for example that the AR-15 isn't actually zeroed for 150m

I found a mela blue sheep's drink zone but every time i go to it she's just not there

i set up a tent on the other side of the lake and i never see her

like i whistle and there's no response so i know she's just not going to her zone

maybe your tent is on top of her travel path. In my experience certain tent locations can stop animals from showing up, especially if you are sleeping to change the time.

that's how I do it. Some people have luck keeping their tigers in a single area but that doesn't happen to me. It's like 50% for me they show up in the vicinity of the last one, otherwise have to check more or less the whole map to find wanderers

when I was shooting multiple tigers it was easier because they would switch with each other instead of disappearing. You could try that if it works for you. 4 Tigers in 15 lakes is solid scouting, you can figure 2-4 of them will be on the river also

my experience is that it's harder to hunt the river efficiently. They are there, but there are more hiding spots and potential spawns for them than on the lakes. When I'm checking it I drop tents every 2-400m, but thankfully I've got it to the point where I only have to check small sections of it usually
