1I am guessing there is a limited number of animals of each type that can be spawned on the map at once time. For this example I will say 20 Moose. So if I come from the menu to a lodge and 10 moose spawn in my area and then I fast travel to the other side of the map. Will 10 more moose spawn there? What happens if I got to a third corner of the map. Will there not be any moose that spawn at all or will it start despawning the moose in the 1st area I started in?

Just in case. If you give up on the missions, and end up giving up on the map all together. You can “turn off” missions in the settings competely, and just hunt, freely. I only did the missions a bit in the beginning, it helped to understand the game. But now I don’t touch them.

Stand hunting take a little bit to learn and find the right place you can't really just set it up in a single random place and wait it's basically a good way of not seeing deer for 6 hours

For a completely unexperienced hunting games this game does have a rather steep learning curve but once you get the hang of it it's a decently easy game you just have to put the time into it to learn

I wish I could help you but I've actually had a similar scenario with a diamond potential lynx that refused to come back as if it was glitched. That one had a need zone and it disappeared for no reason.

I don't know exactly how the respawn mechanics work but I'd be careful with restarting the game too, since there is a possibility it will repopulate your reserve and replace the coyote with a similar one (mods can probably confirm/deny this).

I would probably reset the time to coyote drink time and stalk the nearest lake(s).

I don't know the exact inner workings of what happens when you over call but it's a known feature.

The behavior of a large herd with various difficulty level animals in it can be quite intricate based on calls/over calls it seems.

I have a question about heard sizes for you:
If I have a herd with only one animal, let's say Roe deer, its best to kill it "deleting that herd", and it will/may respawn on a different one, or to leave it and kill animals from other herds and this one will be repopulated.
On the same subject, Bears are always found in heads of 1, I'm assuming this is intended, otherwise I have terrible luck, the new herd will spawn somewhere near the place of the previous one or it can be "on the other side of the map"?
there are any other animals with this kind of herd? I think mountain lion would be similar, is that correct?

No I'm pretty sure if you kill an animal in a solo zone, the zone goes away. However, the general area is now free to be populated with a new zone once your hunting pressure clears.

Whether or not its a good idea to kill that roe is really up to what you want to achieve. If it was a solo female roe in a secluded spot I would just leave it be. Otherwise you'll just force a new female to spawn in another zone somewhere else.

Yes, if you leave it, there is a possibility that a new roe deer (lets say a big male) will respawn there. -And maybe you don't want that because it's in the asshole part of the map (pardon my french), but that male deer could have spawned there even if the zone was gone, creating a new zone. Or in another hard to reach part of the reserve.

All this is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to so-called herd-management. But honestly you'll never really have complete control over all the need zones and it's better to just play the game 'organically' imo. So go ahead and kill that female roe deer if you need the money.

Not all animals live in herds/packs/flocks. An example is the American Alligator on Mississippi, these can coexist in the same area but always use their own solitary need zone. If I understood the question correctly.

Yesterday had a support ticket rejected for the first time. The team said using mods was agains the guidelines and so no support woupd be given, but all of my 11 tickets stated that mods were used and all of those were served as usual... Do I now need to remove all mods to contribute to the removal of bugs in the game?

For the most part the issues I submitted were related to broken geometry or misplaced props, which are just minor improvements that do not affect the gameplay but do help improve the experience for everyone.
Even if they do not want to help players who mod because the mods may be the source of the problems, which is perfectly understandable, they could still accept the issues which are part of the core game...
