One thing you could do is burn the lone one, so it likely moves elsewhere (I believe it'd move on the same lake, right?)

If you kill three animals in the same area, the zone is 'almost' burnt due to hunting pressure. Kill a fourth and the zone will poof away 'burnt'. (Assuming you're not using a bow, which causes minimal pressure.)

Or y'know, kill all animals in that undesirable herd.

Keep track of weight estimates on whitetail. You’re supposed to be killing everything except minimum weight males and level 1s can have both 55-70kg and 70-85kg weight estimates

So, leave only the 55-70kg ones and kill everything else

Doesn’t matter if it’s a level 2 or a 3, you shoot it

You’d only shoot the larger males, leaving bucks in a zone

I want to take a break from Yukon and get back on Layton or Silver Ridge for a while.

It might be interesting for you to know, that ducks and geese orientate themselves by the direction of the wind. They always land with the wind - wherever it blows, the animals land from that direction. I make my setups by this guideline.
I have no problems with "wrong" landing birds and I have many setups in place. (I'm Speaking from CotW)

It may be of some benefit to have two blinds at your duck hunting spot. Draw a imaginary circle around the duck decoys, space the two blinds about 90 degrees apart

The mission system always the same on every map go to this outpost go there to here and so on , also it fell boring as sometimes it too easy or impossible to find an animal, shop fells un needed becaus if you buy few dlcs you get basically every weapons you'd ever need and therefore you got nothing to work for expect missions and trying to find a big score animal

There are a lot of missions that just require you to go to a location, but there are also plenty of missions that require you to complete certain hunts. If the game feels too easy then turn off certain aspects to make it harder (tracks, animal call alerts, spotting outline, etc.) If you have already hit max level, unlocked all the items you care for, and completed any missions that interest you and still want to have more to do in the game I would suggest getting a trophy lodge dlc. That will keep you busy for quite a while as filling a lodge with top tier trophies will take some time. You can also always reset your character and do a play through with self imposed challenges (only using guns that have unlock requirements) as this will give you a play through with a better sense of progression

Fallow deer are present on both Hirschfelden and Te Awaroa. Te Awaroa is the better map of the two and the best spot on that map is bodies of water on the right side of the map from 10-13:30

I can give your some advice about skill points, and it's personal experience based advice...
I'll focus on the first few tiers, for those skills that are 'nearly essential'. The rest can vary depending on your favorite way to play.

Stalker: You want max 'Locate tracks', it increases the range to see track at all levels.
'Track Knowledge' Put at least 2 in there, 3 is desirable but not nigh essential (Putting one point in 'only happy when it rains' is a very valid alternative to that third point)
'Soft Feet': Put two points in there, you -want- to be quieter.

Ambusher: Two points in 'Scent tinkerer' to unlock the rest, not really a good skill - unless you like scent lures.
'Spotting knowledge': Absolutely put 3/3 in there, you want to be able to binoc an animal and see its emotional state.
'Sight spotting': One point there will let you mark an animal with a gun, godsend!

Anything else is 'less necessary' I give honorable mentions to 'only happy when it rains', 'improvised blind', 'Fatal attraction', 'Pack mule' and one point in 'Tag' as they are excellent skills. Also 'Keen eye' is a pretty good tier 4 skill for ambushers.

First off, question: What sights have you got for your bows?

Also, you need to know where the heart is. It's a bit low on a red deer, right between the front legs:

Welp, as you're no longer around to discuss, I'll just advise you (assuming you haven't done much bow hunting) to not start with trying to do this rightaway, practice killing roe deer with the bow, the basic sight is pretty much set for 35m or so, practice getting close, getting them in the lung.
Heck, bow-hunt enough to unlock the three-dot sight! And my advise is to combine with a rangefinder so you always know exactly what range you're at.

...And that bow perk that lets you fire when prone is nigh essential to get really close.

When spotting an animal using binoculars or ADSing, (and with the right skills) you’ll be able to see the level, class, trophy estimate, weight estimate, awareness and what action they’re currently doing
When you pick up different animal tracks (with the right skills again) you can see the weight estimate, fur type, how recently the animal was there and if you pick up a zone track you’ll see what time the animals are at that zone

Assuming you haven't killed so much all the drink zones are gone (remember, too much hunting pressure burns the zones), it will take time for new animals to show up.

I wish I could tell you how much, but I've had varying experiences, from "4 days and still no repopulation, will this change?" to "Huh, just the morrow and there's still a lot of them."

It -might- be a 6 day refresh with caveats I haven't figured out.

Stacking 1s is what you want to do

The only reason people stack great ones is for fun. Now, it’s believed stacking diamonds will have the opposite effect to stacking low level males, which is cause more smaller males to spawn instead of bigger males

It’s a method used to bring up the low level male population even higher

You leave a lot of lvl 4s which incites the game to spawn higher level males in return
