it's good if you can get the right angle, polymers are just generally more useful cos it's easier to hit vitals (and thus pass harvest checks)

technically it's better per organ hit, like if you hit a single-lung with soft point it'll be a quicker kill than a single-lung with polymer tips, but polymer tips make it much easier to actually penetrate through and hit vitals, or get a double-lung.

Pointer is the slowest to level. Find need zone for birds, drop decoys and a blind. Use a caller, when they land tell it to search till it's hit everything and then let it flush to run them out. Wait till they land again and repeat. Took me around an hour
