I think the update varies based on what exactly in the old code is being touched (affected) by the new content.
and any bug fixes increase this, depending on what all they are interlaced with

best way I use the callers (unless going after birds) is wait till i hear a warning or mating call or physically see an animal - i then set up the caller and it brings them in 9 times out of ten. Obviously you want to make sure you are downwind and hidden but it should work. Caller only has a certain range so wont bring in an animal that is not in the area at the time
