the other newer reserves, Torr nan Sithean and Sundarpatan, are also very good

Torr is also beginner friendly but Sundar is def an expert reserve

really alert things like tahr and snow leopard as well as aggressive game like yak and buffalo

the tigers also straight up hunt you

100% Torr and Askiy are some of the best DLC maps for a beginner

The whole first feeders pack needs a rework. You literally don't need to use anything but the post feeders. They cover all the animals from the other 2 and their indestructible. Take bears off the post feeders and just keep them on barrels only. Or put them on the new predator feeder. Bears are a predator animals anyway aren't they

Feature Suggestion: The Outpost Warning Note
The Concept: Add a physical, immersive hint that a Great One (G1) is present on the map. This would be a weathered note that only appears pinned to Outpost doors or notice boards once a G1 has successfully spawned in that reserve.

The Implementation:

Visual: A piece of rough, yellowed paper pinned with a rusty nail. A large hole is torn through the center where a rodent has chewed the paper, obscuring the most important detail.

"There is a report of a huge [CHEW HOLE] in the vicinity of this reserve."

Why this helps the game:

Confirms the Spawn: It lets players know their "grind" or hunt has finally paid off without telling them which animal it is or where it’s hiding.

Immersive: It feels like a natural part of the world rather than a UI pop-up.

Mystery: It leaves the player wondering: Is it a huge Moose? A huge Bear? The "huge" wording creates immediate excitement without being "gamey."
