Imo, it is. Tripods help a lot with keeping hunting pressure down when you shoot from them. And you can lug one around and put it where you want incase the preset hunting stands aren't in a good spot for you.
Helpful to see over tall grasses too.

Definitely! They help a lot with that. Without one the most you can shoot is 2-3ish animals before deadzone builds. With a tripod, you can hit like almost 10. It helps a lot!

And you can always move em if you wanna change areas.
